I. CAN. DIE. NOW.
Stone Temple Pilots will play in Manila on March 9, 2011 at Araneta Coliseum.
Ovation Productions just sent out the Facebook event today.
I’ve been waiting and hoping for this day to come. Odin and I were going to buy tickets to Singapore just to watch them! Thank God they’re coming here!!! I can’t believe it! That’s 2 out of 5 of my all-time favorite bands coming to the Philippines this year to play!
RATM, 311, Soundgarden – I’m still waiting for you!!!
And I am so going to pee my pants when STP plays this…
Edit: And this.

Comment by batangdagat January 28, 2011 @ 11:36 pmHi Jason,
I am a fan of your blog, as it was always fun and entertaining. I know that you love Cebu and my family and I are planning to spend a few days there this month, I would like to ask if you have a few suggestions on where to eat. Also, I’m a bit of a street food lover and I am wondering if you can suggest any place where I can experience the local street food. Thank you in advance and more power to your blog!
Best regards,

If it’s local street food you’re looking for, that only means one word: Larsian. No joke, this is the motherland of Cebu street food.
Aside from that, here are some joints I recommend that you try:
Comment by batangdagat February 2, 2011 @ 8:12 pm-Harbor City Dimsum
-Sunburst Fried Chicken
-Golden Cowrie (best adobong kangkong and baked tahong)
-Cheaverz (order the ngohiong)
- Dessert Factory (get the brownie a la mode)
Thanks Ria!
Yay I got it right this time LOL. We will surely visit the places that you recommended. I’m super excited about the Larsian and trying out the Ngohiong!
Thank you very much and have an awesome weekend!
Cheers!
